SONIC SYNDICATE To Enter Studio Tomorrow

March 15, 2008

Swedish metallers SONIC SYNDICATE will enter Black Lounge Studios in Avesta, Sweden tomorrow (Sunday, March 16) to begin recording their as-yet-untitled new album for a fall release via Nuclear Blast Records.

Commented bassist Karin Axelsson: "We can't wait to get started. It's been an amazing year and everyone has been writing new music like crazy at home and on tour. A lot of people have been asking what the new material will sound like and all I have to say is, 'Time will tell.'"

A1 News recently filed a three-minute report (in Russian) on SONIC SYNDICATE's March 2, 2008 concert in Moscow, Russia. Watch the segment below.

SONIC SYDICATE made its U.S. live debut with AMON AMARTH and HIMSA. The band will return in May as direct support to NIGHTWISH.

SONIC SYNDICATE's video for the song "Enclave" has been posted at YouTube. The track comes off the Swedish metal band's sophomore CD, "Only Inhuman", which entered the German Media Control chart at position No. 64 an impressive feat considering the group had never performed in the country prior to the album's release. The CD also landed at No. 22 on the Swedish chart.

SONIC SYNDICATE's video for the first single off "Only Inhuman", "Denied", can be viewed at this location.
